RENTAL RATES

 

High Season  £750  ($1200) per week

(18th December – 30^th April  /  1^st July – 31^st August)

 

Low Season  £650  ($1000) per week

(All other dates)

 

Pool/spa heating (recommended October – April)   £75 ($130) per week

 

Notes on prices:

Prices are for the property (up to 10 guests) per week and include final clean.  Discounts are available for monthly rentals.

 

Changeover day:

Arrival and departure days are flexible.  Arrival should be after 4.30pm and departure before 10.30am.

 

Bookings:

A non-refundable deposit of £100 ($150) per week (or part of week) is payable on booking.  Balance is due 8 weeks before arrival with a £200 ($250) security deposit which is refundable within 4 weeks of departure subject to a satisfactory management inspection.

 

Credit Cards:

Payment by credit cards is subject to a 3.5% surcharge.
